Teacher Lyn received her Bachelor of Arts with major in English and Maths, and also a Diploma in Education from the Nanyang Technological University. She was a full-time teacher with the Ministry of Education, with more than 10 years of teaching experience in local schools, before she continues her passion in the private sector.

Teacher Lyn specialises in the teaching of maths. Having taught students from both the lower and upper levels, Teacher Lyn is very familiar with the school syllabus and focus. She also understands the challenges and common pitfalls faced by the different age groups in learning maths. These experience enables Teacher Lyn to pin point the weakness and misconception of the students, and proactively communicates the learning progress of the students with their parents.

Teacher Lyn enjoys working with children, and has been coaching students from Rosyth, Tao Nan, Nan Chiau, ACS, CHIJ and others. As a mother of two, she shares and applies her teaching passion and experience in the class room, and was applauded for breaking difficult maths concepts into easier steps, making learning fun and fulfilling. She goes the extra mile to develop proprietary assessments so that she can personally validate the learning of her students. Her nurturing approach creates an environment for students to learn from their mistakes, build up their confidence and excel.
